Semi Furnished Studio’s In Reem Island:

* Rent is AED 2,000 per month to be paid for Double occupancy.
* As per new management policies minimum 3 month lease is possible.
*Annual leases are also allowed.
* 3 months payments to be paid in advance or postdated Cheque monthly at AED 2,000/- per month
*For yearly leases, the rent is 21,600/- per year which works out to AED 1800/- per month, all postdated Cheques (12 Cheques ) to be paid in advance while signing the lease
* Water and electricity included in the rent
* Refundable security deposit is 2,000 /-which be returned after vacating the room subject to no damage
* Commission (one time) AED 1000 to be paid during the time of booking the room
* Rooms are subject to availability.
* Payment of the rent + Deposit and Commission amount along with documents will be the only way to secure the room.
* Documents for lease agreement are valid passport copy with Valid Visa along with Emirates ID. 3 months bank statement and salary certificate (as per new management policies)
As per the new management policies documents of the tenant leasing the room will only be accepted

WiFi is additional charges of AED 157 per month

Viewing timings: Monday to Friday 9: AM to 5PM ONLY. Last viewing by 4:30PM
